Developing Mathematics through Contexts - DMtC

The Developing Mathematics through Contexts (DMtC) project, funded by the Gatsby Charitable Foundation, based at CME, Didsbury and starts this academic year - 2004. Details and further information will gradually become available

Making Sense of Maths The extension of the MiC project is a pilot for foundation level GCSE materials being trialled in several schools in year 10 and 11 across Greater Manchester. While attempting to embrace Realistic Maths Education philosophy it is also responding to the Functional Maths drive in schools.

Chreods:

a journal of writings exploring educational issues with a maths education tendency. The last issue of Chreods was published in 1998. It has now ceased publication. Those issues which were published on the internet will continue to be archived here.
